Business selection is a very serious decision to be taken in this present days. Youth of nowadays are looking at the old people that they are succeeding in their business decision not knowing that the way and approach and manner of business in the olden days is quite different from that of nowadays .
What's essential in the olden days is the fact that business are simple to be practicing why our forefathers decide on which of the business they wish to engage in. They are always prosper because they face little or no bottlenecks like we have it in the present day.
However youth of today and some other people do not even bother to look at the nitty-gritty of the kind of business they want to venture into . They usually look at the money that emanates from the venture.
They do not look at the ups and downs of the decision. there's no Business that does not have the other side. I mean
the disadvantages. They always look at the advantage and the sweet part of business they don't look at the disadvantages .They go engaging in the business and the risk involving in the business. The management and control will always be failing if proper skill and knowledge are not present. Another factor that will always make people to fail is that they are always in the rush to make money. They always in the rush to prevail. They always in the rush to succeed not knowing that every kind of business that we can talk of requires a step-by-step approach . You cannot grow in a day and become what you want to become you have to start from square one but those people are not ready to be patient and follow the required rules and regulation.
In view of these, business selection and management control requires knowledge and coaching from those that are referred to a business mentor or business teacher or business advisor in this present century
