Building strength for daily workload

Working entails workload for each worker or employee. Your workload can be small , medium or big , this will depends on your kind of job and your position. So all you need is the right strength to get your job done as much as you can daily. So how can you always increase your strength for your daily workload especially for intensive ones.


Try to always start your day with warm up exercises. When preparing for the day's job, it's good to warm up your body to stay alert and with strength.

Eat more of energy giving food like bread, rice ,pototoes etc.

Prioritize making more movement even at work. Don't just stay at a place to avoid the body going into the lazy mode

Stay consistent with the little things you are doing to get the strength at work
