Did you read the title right? It is possible and very normal for broiler chickens to hit 2kg at just 4 weeks old. I have done this over and over again. The benefit of this is that you sell out quickly and get your returns.
First thing is that you should start your broilers with a very good feed. Note that I did not say star with a good feed. I said a very good feed. To get this kind of result, we don't use your normal starter or pre-starter. I use professional starters. I recommend a Galdus starter or a Hendrix starter. They are expensive though but it is cost-effective in the long run. You just need to feed these professional starters for just 5 days or 1-week max. It is known that broilers have the highest growth rate at an early age and if a farmer can maximize this genetic strength with good feed, he/she is on his way to achieving excellent results. With any of these professional starter feeds and other factors being equal, you should hit 2kg in 4 weeks.
