Bitcoin is the highest value cryptocurrency but is it the best?

People who gets actively involved in the crypto-currency market knows what bitcoin is because it is the face of cryptocurrency. However, at the same time despite it having the highest value in my opinion it is not the best cryptocurrency that is out there. There are a few major drawbacks when it comes to the utilisation of Bitcoin. One of them is that the transaction times can be especially high if there's a lot of traffic on the network and another drawback of Bitcoin is that the transaction fees are also incredibly high.

Other coins that are in the cryptocurrency market such as ripple and LTC, are able to offer a much better transaction time and can do so at a lower fee as well. Whilst they may not have the same value that bitcoin has, and they are only a fraction of that value in actual fact, the use of these coins is much more user-friendly and it is able to be utilised for daily transactions and payments that may happen. Even if the transaction is not of a high value. Which going however cannot do this.

Do you feel that bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency out there or do you feel that there are many more that operate on a much better basis than Bitcoin?

Every coin is special on their own way, together with BTC. Even though BTC is the world first digital coin, and also the number ranked coin both in price and also in the market capitalization value. It doesn't mean it is better than all other coins in all ramifications, it has where it is currently fluffing. Like LTC, BCH and other smaller coins are better off than BTC in terms of transaction fees and fast transaction processing.

Yes, it is best as world first digital currency. Because you can check it performed excellent from past many years and consistent on its growth. It becomes more popular and demanding in the market. Yes, BTC is the first crypto tthatcame into existence. Since then it has stabilize in the crypto ecosystem. Those who invested during those early time of its inception, gained it after 5-10 years of its stay in the digital world. I first learned about BTC before going on learning other crypto coins like the Altcoin series that consist of ETH, BCH, LTC, XRP etc.

Yeah bitcoin is considered as the best crypto as it was the first crypto to be invented and dominates altcoins in terms of price. But there is a competitor for bitcoin , ie, ethereum in my view has better functionalities and big projects coming up and already exists in ethereum. With ethereum 2.0 , one can expect ethereum to overtake bitcoin in future.

For me ETH is nowhere near competing on same lane with BTC. BTC is on the world of its own, no competition at the moment. Check the margin if the gap between BTC and ETH, you will come to know that, they aren't in any way competing with one another. The market value differs by far ahead of ETH. Just that ETH is trying on its own to maintain second spot for long. It could've been more than its current price, had it not been for its high gas fee.
