Best way to convert crypto into Paypal/Payoneer

Some of the major crypto exchanges like Binance, Kucoin are blocked in India at present. So I would like to find out what is the best exchanger for converting a small amount of crypto into Paypal/payoneer or direct payment to indian bank account.
