If you are eating a lot of fruits and vegetables you can get vitamins there but if you can't afford it you can take supplement to vitamins .

Vitamin is good for body if you're lacking vitamin it will show on your skin is not compulsory for us to be using drugs you can get the vitamins we needed from fruits and vegetables

Vitamins is very good to the body because without it in the body there will be malfunctioning of body system.
Also if one is taking vitamin very well it will increase immune system which will help to protect body against external attack from diseases.

To keep our body healthy we need many vitamins, we can get these if we are eating healthy food. But some time we need its extra dose. If a person have problem of weak veins than they needs vitamin B12 so in this situation it is better to have it after consulting with doctor

It is not necessary that we have to take drugs that contains all the vitamins, we can get all these vitamins from fruits and vegetables because they contains all these nutrients that will be needed in the body, taking a drugs for the main purpose of getting these nutrients is just an optional method.

All vitamins are must for good health and to save from health problems. If we are eating healthy food than we need to take extra doses of vitamin and it is better we will get vitamin from natural sources. If we have deficiency of any vitamin than it is better to take advice of doctor.
