Oranges are good source of vitamin C. Oranges contain citric acid. It maintain water balance and keep our skin hydrated. Oranges are good source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant. It also contain folate which is good source of vitamin B. It is very good to eat oranges daily beacuse it is very good for our skin and also hair. Oranges boost our immune system , your body's defence against germs. It is also very useful in anamia makes it easier to absorb iron. It is also very helpful in weight lose. I drink orange juice daily beacuse orange juice gives me energy and keep me hydrated. Oranges help our body to make collagen. Collagen is a protein that heals wound and give us smoother skin. Oranges also give us fiber. Oranges protect our cells from damage. I recommend everyone to eat oranges daily beacuse it is effective in many diseases. It is also effective in stomach health and also very useful in gut health. People use orange peel mask on skin which give our skin a smooth shiny look.
