We should try and include beans in our diet atleast twice in a week because it provides a lot of nutrient to the body like providing protein which plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing the body due to the high rate of amino acid in the beans and this beans also provides nutrient like vitamins, fat, iron and zinc
Beans contains folate which helps to prevent neural tube defect in a fetus during pregnancy stage
Beans also helps to protect the body from diseases like reducing the risk of having heart attack , reduce risk of having cancer, diabetes. Beans are high in fiber which helps to lower the blood glucose
Beans helps improving our gut health as well

Beans is a good Protein because when you ea beans it helps to make the body stronger and muscular.the body will be energetic and the body will also be strong.also it helps to prevent cancer and all other kinds of disease.so always try to eat beans because it's good for the body.
