Benefits of drinking water

Water keeps every system in the body functioning properly. The Harvard Medical School Special Health Report 6-Week Plan for Health Eating notes that water has many important jobs, such as:

carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cellsflushing bacteria from your bladderaiding digestionpreventing constipationnormalizing blood pressurestabilizing the heartbeatcushioning jointsprotecting organs and tissuesregulating body temperaturemaintaining electrolyte (sodium) balance.

Giving your body enough fluids to carry out those tasks means that you're staying hydrated. ?

Water is very healthy for the body because it's used in our daily life for different purpose.it gives the body energy and makes the body stronger.it also gives the body a lot strength.water is used in cooking, drinking,and doing other things.drink water to be healthy And also to have good life

Water is life and a researcher has confirmed that people can survive without food for some weeks but no one can survive without water for days. Water is very essential and needs to be taken regularly to improve our health. We need to drink it at a very adequate quantity to aid digestion.

Drinking water is very good for our health as it makes us to be healthy, to be strong and active that is is important to make sure we drink like 6-8 glasses of water daily as they also help to decrease the rate of developing diseases and also helps in hydration
