Be the Best at Being You!

No one can be you better than you can be so focus on being the best at being yourself and DO NOT compare yourself with others and think ``I wishI was like them." As far as dieting, fitness, and weight loss is concerned, everyone's body is different in that different people have different needs. Slowly integrate different foods into your diet in order to give your body a chance to get used to the new diet. When exercising, don't overdo it at the beginning but start with whatever you are capable of and work your way up to something more strenuous as your fitness levels increase.
