We all know the importance of labour to a manufacturing or producing organisation. Without enable business organisations that engage in the manufacturing and producing of raw materials into finished goods will definitely not be able to perform its day-to-day duties and responsibilities. However, business organisations that may not focus on the production and manufacturing of goods and services, but may focus on the distribution, marketing, and disseminating of goods and services to customers and clients, definitely need labour as well to perform its day-to-day activities. However in a country like Nigeria there are so many factors affecting labour, let's consider basic three of these factors.

* Lack of experts: many training institutes in Nigeria are not able to produce experts in various skill of labour as a result of this institute not having the requisite facilities and assets in making sure that students are properly taught what they need to know about a particular labour skill. Only a theoretical portion of knowledge is being taught in most Nigerian training institute.

* Poor communication: the lack of communication have also destroyed the labour force of Nigeria, in the sense that individuals are not equipped with full knowledge of when to act and how to act, and most of the time their ability to act is based on probability.

* Inclement weather: the weather condition in Nigeria has also add to the less growth and development of the working Force. The heat from the sun isn't making it easier for individuals to carry out construction work and any other outside labour work. In the farming sector harsh rainy weathers totally reduce the life of most fragile crops thereby making the labour and manpower to be wasted.

There are a lot of issues that disturb the labor market In Nigeria one outstanding one for me is the problem of Connection you must know a top person in one high places or the other to be able to get a job. This is really appalling that one that has a first class in a field of work can't find a job befitting of that status because of no godfather.it is becoming very frustrating for the unemployed in Nigeria. I think we need to start from here to tackle this problem this is the only way we can speed up things in the labor market in Nigeria.
