To avoid the skin losing its moisture, apply coconut oil on the skin, and leave it on the skin overnight. The next morning, wash it with normal water. Coconut oil contains antioxidants and other essential ingredients that are good for skin repair.

In addition to it, you can also use almond oil, since almond oil helps to keep the skin young. Hydrating both body and skin is very important to get beautiful skin.

Thus water should be drunk as much as possible, and keep yourself away from dehydration. Water makes the skin active and helps detox it from harmful substances.

Well I know this is actually a remedy that can help in this situation but don't you think this can affect our sleep because applying oil in our body can cause discomfort while sleeping and can definitely affect our sleeping circle .I think this should be done in the daytime that we do not have to sleep ,it will be better .
