At what age should a person retired?

I want to know that at what age should a person get retirement letter because in most of the countries there are different ages required for the retirement so what you all think that what is the maximum and minimum age of retirement?

I hear that in most of the countries the retirement age is below 60 and above 55 so is it necessary that this is defects age and we all should obey this?
Like in my country their time at age is not exact exactly fix like at any age if the person is feeling not good like he is staying in and not healthy in centre of his age or he is going to be e old and not able to work more so he is considered that he should take retired now so is it necessary that the required age is need.

I am not exactly sure there about retirement letter and age but this is the question is asked by someone else and I want to answer him but I am not properly show that what is the required limited age so can you all share your opinion and was related to my thread post I also answer him about this question as most of the people are in search of this retirement question as well so their mind will also be cleared all point of view will be cleared easily.

Age of retirement varies from organization to organization and countries to countries. To me it is good to retire at early age when you are still productive like around 45years than waiting till 65years when you are no more productive and you have no strength anymore. The most important thing is to plan ahead so you can invest your remaining days and resources in business you can pass to your next generation.

I think the question should be, should age be considered when it comes to retirement plan? What I believe should be retirement plan of any individual is how he or she will survive after deciding to lay on bed with popcorn and remote control watching his favorite program. And investment is the sure way to go. At age 40, with successful business and lots of investment, you can decide to stop working and start investing more and chilling.

The retiring age for my country officially is 65 and I think it is a good age for one to retire from active service. I’m writing active because I know some people can’t stop work completely but they can still do a little hustle but avoiding working as hard as they always be from 65 years

In my own country for instance, the age of retirement its 35 years from the first year you joined the Civil service, but no one want to get old again some reduced their age just to still be in service and be enjoying monthly salaries, that's the reason why unemployment rate is on the high side in my country. So, the 35 years of retirement its just in paper but not in practice.

A person can retire at the age of 55 or 60 but it all depends on the number of years that you have work for you to retire properly. According to the stated rules that guide workers in Nigeria workers are to work for 35 years before retirement after retirement they have been paid their gratuity. Retirement it's one of the basic thing that every worker must go through after working you must be retired and you as a worker must plan for your retirement before you retire.

According to my own point of view I believe the best age for a man or a woman who is working in organisation to retire is at the age of 70 this is because at this particular age you are not well strong enough to do hard work and also at this age you need more rest and also at this age you have become old and I believe it is time for you to stay at home and take responsibility of families issue. but some people who believe it is better to retire at an early age in order for them to start up their own business.

There is no particular retirement age,but government wise 65 to 70 years. But personally retirement should be at your own pace, every day the body works and continuous work can limit effectiveness of operation at an older age,also the nature of your work should help you determine when to retire. But for me I think the retirement age should be about sixty to sixty five years because that's the average year. Everyone will retire someday so we should all try to achieve something while we are still at service

In my country the exact age of retirement is 60 to 65 means in this limit a person can get retired and he can work himself but not with the company or business or an industry so there are several limitation of every country people that at what age they retire their employee.

in our country the standard age of retirement for government workers is 65. But in private companies it is 60 and some companies are even retiring their workers at age 55. It makes me wonder why they have to retire people at a very young age. What will a 56-year old person do with his pension and retirement pay? Not much of the money but the occupation. It is difficult to be doing nothing at a young age.
