If you are to take a survey of the reason why some people are working you discover that others will have money as the main aim but regardless they will also have another reason of being fulfilled or having the feeling of fulfillment.
So I put up this thread to hear your opinions on this and how you view it.
Are you working primarily for the purpose of making money or you work to also feel fulfilled.
Like personally I don't only work to earn money only but I also want that after I work, I feel fulfilled. So I can say that I have this two as my aim for working: to make money and feel fulfilled. There are others but these are the primary and most important.
And I feel like money should not be the only reason why one works. This will make you work just for the money not for the feeling and the resultant joy that will be gotten which will make your service more efficient.
