Personal Reasons I Started Wearing Short Knickers

I feel more free in short knickers.

2. I can now go hiking without chafing my thighs.

3. They are easier to wash and dry than longer knickers.

4. Wearing short knickers is good for my knees, because it lets them breathe.

5. Wearing short knickers helps me sleep better at night, because my legs don't stick together as much as they used to when I wore long knickers and I still get fresh air.

6. Wearing short knickers gives me an extra layer of protection from the cold, especially in the winter months when I'm walking outside in the cold in a bus or train with no heat!

7. Since starting to wear short knickers, I've lost weight because my legs aren't sweating as much anymore! This has helped me feel healthier overall and make better choices about what food I eat throughout the day so that I can maintain this healthy lifestyle change (and keep losing weight)!

8. Wearing short knickers makes it easier for me to do yoga poses without having any extra fabric getting in the way! It also helps me balance better while doing these poses because there's less fabric underneath where I need to put my feet/knees/legs up.
