As a real estate agent, there are some habits that are bad and aid to sabotage your success at the real estate business. Just like bad habits put off clients anywhere, the real estate industry isn't an exception. You wouldn't want to he losing clients daily so you would need to dump the below habits

Listing untrue facts of your property: This is a bad habit and put one in a bad light before client. it shows dishonesty. You can't show a client a property that is far from the description you have on your listing

Not responding to enquires on time: This is one bad habit by real estate agents. They ignore clients enquires.


Being passive; Some Agents are just interested in getting money off clients and don't have time to make any input in satisfying the client

Being Aggressive: Always very angry over little dispute that might just need a little clarification

Damages could occur in jobs means before the client arrives and the incident is done on the property so you have to be clear with your client.
 
Estate urgent need to do things that are not in consonance with the lamb what are we trying to say is that estate agent must try to maintain a rivalry not a displacement view of things they need to look at things from the standpoint of people around them look at the colours of houses look at their designs look at the pictures lands as a look at the graph the topography of the place this will help them to have a structural business plan that will help us sell as long as they're into the system and this will help each one to maintain a crowd of you or what people are doing around them
