4 Stretches You Can Do at Home to Burn Fat

You've probably heard the advice to "exercise outside" to burn fat. But what about the fact that you can actually do some of these exercises at home?

Here are 4 of them:

1. Stand on a chair with your feet shoulder-width apart, and hold a 5-pound weight in each hand. Raise your arms to shoulder height before lowering them again. Do that 20 times.

2. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Raise both legs off the ground at the same time until they are straight up in the air for 10 seconds (repeat 3 times).

3. Lie flat on your stomach with knees bent, hands behind head, and elbows resting lightly on the floor. Lift one leg up off the ground until it's parallel to the ceiling (hold for 10 seconds).

4. Lie on your back with elbows bent and hands resting lightly on floor behind you; lift one leg off ground so that it's parallel to ceiling (hold for 10 seconds).
