Let's be real: you're not going to go and get a facial treatment at a spa every day (or even every week). But that doesn't mean your skin should suffer for it! I put together Three super simple masks you can make with just one ingredient each and they take less than three minutes to make.

1. Yogurt

Yogurt is packed with nutrients and probiotics that help to keep your skin healthy. Simply apply it to your face, leave it on for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off.

2. Honey

Honey is packed with antioxidants, which help to fight off free radicals that can cause wrinkles and sagging skin. It also helps to moisturize, so slather some on before you go to bed even if you don't have time in the morning!

3. Avocado

Avocado contains vitamin C, which helps to brighten your skin and give it a healthy glow plus it's full of fatty acids that help moisturize your skin without clogging your pores.
Simply mix one in a basin and apply the paste on your face. Allow it to sit on your skin when you shower, and wash it off when you're through.
