Ironically, all the points that you mentioned are also meant for people that want to put on. I know that for someone to get reduction in health, there is need for such a person to make sure that, there is reduction in the consumption of junk food and do more of exercise.

You have forgotten to add that for people to be able to lose their weight it is important for them to engage in daily exercise, I believe exercise will really help people in this way because it can help to burn out the fat in the body system and make weight reduction easier and simpler, it is advisable that we do a lot of exercise not only for the main purpose of weight reduction.
