When you do and repeat the same exercise every day, you will only get less benefit for the body. But if you do different types of exercises every day, then you will benefit much more for your health.

1. Exercising more:

Exercising in excess or less can play a very important role in reducing the weight. Excessive exercise exhausts the body and leads to more hunger. Exercising less does not eliminate any waste calories.

2. Take care of diet:

It is usually the case that during weight loss regimen, you complete exercise, but do not take care of your diet. To lose weight, the diet you take needs to be balanced rather than reduced. In such a situation, you have to take full care from your breakfast to dinner.

People that are interested of losing weight should combine both of those things together and put them all into consideration because they are really necessary ,exercise can help to reduce weight but when it is not combined with proper diet then the desired results may not be achieved by who is interested to lose weight.

Many people do believe that losing weight include not eating of food. And in the right sense of losing weight, we nerd to be eating adequately but not eating junk food and eating excess. Exercise must also be the right one. This is because there is always exercise for different activities.

What you said is the absolute truth, I have noticed that most of the people who are working on reducing their weight only go the wrong way by starving themselves and also punishing themselves with different methods they discovered either online or offline and most times, this methods usually leads to more complications.
