We can lose weight faster by doing exercises Regularly for like 20 minutes daily because exercise helps to burn the calories in the body and it also helps to make us fit and healthy and we should make sure we are eating healthy foods because trying to lose weight doesn't mean we shouldn't eat healthy foods

You can lose weight fast by eating enough fruits,they help to control the body weight.also you can loose weight faster by exercising the body it help to release excess sweat in the body.also you can loose weight by avoiding excess intake of sugar and also avoid taking too much junks it not too good for those that wants to loose weight.
