Yes, indeed ! orange has many qualities with the best nutrients which are essential for human health. Not only the juice of it, the peel of orange is also very useful to human. especially to human eyes. The soft acidic juice is very beneficial for eye sight. I remember in my childhood we children had to squeeze the orange peel into eyes of each other. it was little bit irritating but eye sight was better.

Orange are acidic in nature and as a result it may not be 100% good for it to be consumed in an empty stomach... Orange should be conceive after you have eaten food because of the acidity as it can be very dangerous for people with ulcer...I take a lot of it all the time because now is the season for it over here.

Orange is good for the health as it provides different nutrient to the health which helps in our health growth and immune system and the water in it can help in hydration and generally fruit consumption is good for our health as it makes us strong, active and also healthy
