lump sum

I am wondering if there is such a thing? Say you would need 100000 with 7% to give u 700 dollar by the end of the year, honestly who has such a amount? Anyone here knows is there any ways which i dont need the lumpsum but able to earn the same dividend? Please do share your ideas here.
