Business or employment which do you prefer?

For me, business comes with great risks and uncertainties and if you reside in an economic milieu where there are hash government business policies and low purchasing power of the inhabitants, you are bound to face severe troubles and challenges that may negatively affect your business and cause it to cease operations.

The business owner enjoys the profits alone bears the the burden of business losses but the employee is less concerned. I will prefer a paid employment to having my own business in this situation.

As an employee, I do not have to worry much if the business makes much profit or not provided I do give my best to the organisation, I should receive my salary without stress from my employer.

Does anyone share same pereception or sentiments with me or you have a different view?

Let's us know which you will prefer between a paid employment or having your own business.

Both are good and can be managed together. Even though business is the best but you will need capital and if you cannot access loan you have to get an employment so you can raise capital. If in business you can have a control over your time but in employment someone else controls your time for you. In business you bear all the risk and profit alone but in employment some else does.

It all depends on money availability and financial capabilities because if you have a hand work and yo also have money to finance it, it will be very awesome because you will be on your own you will also be employer to other people and also help the government by paying tax which will develop the nation

According to my own point of view as a well expense business man if I am asked between business and job or employment which I would prefer I will say business is far better than employment this is because employment cannot last for a lifetime, but business can last for a whole lifetime and also you can pass it down to your generation business last forever and business also grow a $400 business might become a 10000 dollars business in the next three years it all depends on your determination and hard work in the business

I prefer business than employment because when you have business you make your decision by yourself but when you work for somebody as an employee personnel then you are answerable to the person's laws decisions and also dreams. However it is very challenging for you to start up your own business and to be successful in your business but it all depends on your dedication in what you do and consistency your vision matters a lot in all you do.

As it stand, I will prefer employment to business especially a business that is not insured. Many are aware during the lockdown that a lot of business closed up or went to bankruptcy. This is the reason why majority are now doing online business after the lockdown. There is some security when it comes to employment particularly, being a government employee. Many employees received covid-19 palliatives in addition to their uninterrupted monthly salary working or not working. Although some companies lay off workers too during this period. Some were paid half salary which is still better than nothing.

To me I would say i prefer having the two at the same time but in a situation where I am left with one choice, i would go for business because it has a great opportunity of becoming rich in time compared to when working for someone else. In business, you answer to nobody's order because you are the boss with the whole profit into your pocket.

Having the both are good and they can both be managed together, but in the case where by am ask to manage one out of the two I would choose empolyment if the pay is good and can make ends meet and if it convenient to go for .or I will choose owning a small business if there is enough capital to start and run it well

With employment, you can raise money to start the business you desire. I love business so much but as a beginner, I need employment too so I can raise funds to venture into a business I desire to venture into. Business is not something you can do without funds. You need money to fund your business.

It depend ,if the employment salary is very okay and stable I may go for it and gather money then invest. Because without capital there is no way to start business.
In the other hand if they told me that they are going to give me big money to start the business then I will go for it just because I had some business in mind that I wanted to start before. And the business must be a profitable one.

I prefer employment than business. If you are opportune to get employment under federal government of Nigeria, you will know the reason why I choose employment. You will just be going to office once in a while and have extra time to face any investments of your choice.

Honestly,I won't sweet coat business, I will always go for employment first then business comes later, there is practically no one who will see an oil paying job and still opt for business, there are people still doing business because they can't get employment as at when due, employment is fixed business varies. Get employment and still run your business as support. Go for what is guaranteed first.
