The feedback helps customers and clients to know when exactly a particular goods will be made available so that they could come purchase in order to satisfy their needs and wants.

if you want to deliver top-notch customer service, you need to bring your A-game every day, customers expect you to be there for them, whether they need you at 9 am or 9 pm. You have to be like a superhero, always on call and ready to save the day, we are all solipsistic, we want to feel like we are the only ones that matter, so you have to show them the love. Think of it like a love letter, but instead of flowers and chocolates, you're offering tailored solutions and understanding.

Also, quick response times are a sign of respect, and customers will appreciate it when you get back to them faster than a rat running from a cat, haha, you also have to know your stuff, whether it's the ins and outs of the latest tech gadget you are selling or the business's procesess and procedures, you have to have all the answers when customers come asking for them.
