How risky is doing business online?

What is risk in the first place?
Risk can be defined,describe or implies future uncertainty about deviation from expected earnings or expected outcome.

In the other way round; risk measures the uncertainty that an investor is willing to take to realize again from an investment.

Some time ago i saw one online advetistment of a product in which I applied to buy it but to my suppressed till today I had not receive the product. I know that this thing might have happened to many people to.

I think its better for some one to look or take good research on a company before buying any thing online. Your experience may go a long way.

Transacting with people will always be risky either online or offline, people can't be trusted so when starting a business just know you are taking a risk and hopefully it will be fruitful. A lot of people are afraid to do business online because what they see is not usually what they get or they end up not getting anything at all.

To me,as doing business is concerned, risk is inevitable. Life it's self is a risk. There is no business that does not have its own risk. Either online or on site business is risky. There will always be a time where there will be ups and downs in business. So,the only thing we can do is to manage the risk.

Well as you can see you exist Inevitable, business as a whole is all about risk when doing business you need to take many risks. The only reason I see in online business are scammer, there are many scammers online, so any one that engage himself in online business should be careful of scammers

When dealing online, you don't have to pay attention to all that is posted. Always make your researches, joining forum is one of the nest step you took that will help you to recognise scam and legit. And also have experience when dealing online. Not all that is advertised online is legit, most of them are simply scam, just to rip us off.

Online business is not that risky but the rate of riskiness could be reduced if you invest or work on a legit websiteto make sure that you participate on a legit website you can read the reviews of the website you are about to invest your money on and see what people say about the website and how it benefited them

My main issue with online business particularly in retailing is the delivery. That is always the problem because delivery is not cheap even if you have your own delivery staff. I only order online products when it is very important to me otherwise I prefer to buy in the offline stores. When there is a defect it can easily be replaced or refunded.

When it comes to delivering it takes time, and if the products delivered to you, have a crack or default. It will hard to contact the company to negotiate a cash back offer, and get their products returned, cos it defaulted before reaching to you. That's the reason why people choose offline buying of things than online, cos the stuff is cash and carry, if you find fault you return immediately, and get a refund for that.

I have not bought good online before. Though it sounds unnatural of a guy of my age brackets and a netizen not to have bought something online but I have my reasons. First is that, you won't be able to review the goods physically. Besides, it is not uncommon to recieve the products that different in features with the ones you booked. All these make me stay away from it.

Some persons might feel shy away, and not likened the mode of ordering things online. Why others cherish sitting in their house comfortably ordering products at their own comfort and see the product delivered to them right in their doorstep. That us one of the advantages of ordering things online, you don't have to face extra hassle to buy your products. But in the sense of reviewing before paying isn't allowed cos you can't see the product to review it. At times it cracks before delivery, and before the product is taken back and your money refunded to you, takes some time, cos they will undergo some processes before refund. That's why people aren't just motivated buying things online.
