I don't think that there is an age limit for starting a business. There were teenagers that made money at the age of 7 , 8 and 10 .it is all about knowing the right business to do and been able to manage the business. A teenager only need to share his business idea with parents.

Age does not matter, what actually matters is whether you have knowledge, skills and funds to start a business. Mark Zuckerberg was still in teens when he started his business, he had knowledge and skills to do so. However, I believe you need to be at legal age to start a business.

Most of us look strange to them if a person aged 18 years old starts his own business just because they have the habitude that a person aged 30 years old or 25 years old can start a business however a person 18 years old for them it is like a teenager or leaving teenager age. This is the sad truth of most people's think.

I don't think that there is a certain specific age to start a business. The only thing needed is you having a good idea in mind, good business skills and enough capital and other resources needed to run the business. This can be had by anyone, even a teenager. There are even some lucky children who have been able to start their own businesses with the help of parents.
And if you look critically to most of this futures in mentioned it is very possible that a child at the age of 10 may not possess it or probably at the age of 15 and above so I can say that to an extent age is also a factor.

There is no age limit to become a businessman, but it's good after he starts to think well, even though there are many children under the age of selling their wares, but they are only sellers who are supervised by older people, the role of parents also needs to train and educating to be a businessman by helping parents' businesses, when they grow up parents will try to open branches and let their children manage.

I personally do not think that there should be or could be a fixed age when you are supposed to start a business. Many famous and successful people like Warren Buffet started their business when they were in their childhood. Warren Buffet started investing in shares at a really early age and now he is so rich.
Yeah people can start business as young as possible but you know the minimum I think a child can start business should be around 15 years because at that age he or she will be able to know the value of money and things that can be done to bring money. The environment and the occupation of the people around the child also determine how soon he or she can start business.

You need to be of legal age to start a business because your business needs registration with local authority, if you are a minor, you cannot register your business. You also need an email id, website, social accounts etc. and you need to be at least 13 years. If you are legal age, you can start business anytime.

If you have some idea that pops up, the early twenties would be a good age to start a business. But as I have mentioned in my earlier reply there is no age restrictions and I have given examples of successful businesses with no age barrier.
Early twenties has a few advantages
1. You are young and active and physically fit to work harder.
2. Since you are fresh out of your education, you are full of enthusiasm. Also, young people with good business acumen are good at making networks.
3. You can take risks. That's an age when you do not have many liabilities like children and family etc. to hold you back from taking some big risks. And being a fresh youth you will not end up in lot of analysis paralysis. You can take chances on fresh ideas.
However, being so young you might lack experience, will have no or less savings, and end up taking huge loans. But then you have a longer time to set your business and pay them back.

The right age for anyone to start a business is when you know that you are capable and physically fit to control a business, if you know you're not capable to control a business, it is not advisable for you to start up any business. At least when you are 20 to 21 it is best for you to start up your own business at

I don't think that there is any demarcation when it comes to age and starting up of a business. We have read ample famous stories around. KFC was started at the ripe age of 60 and is a successful brand now. FaceBook was started by someone so young.
I have a young girl of 8 years in my neighborhood who is very talented with baking and doodle art. She sells them with assistance from her parents. I guess that is a business in itself and she is a young enterpreneur.

I don't think there is a stipulated age or stage for anybody to start a business. As long as the individual knows about the business he or she wants to start because it is very risky to go into a business you don't know about. I know a girl who normally helps her mother to sell things in her store, when ever the mother travel to the village, she will be fully in charge of the business. She knows where to get the things from the market and how to place place on goods and she is just 13years old. So,I think there is age limit to business.

You're right bro. Their are teenagers in the world today that made money out of their own creativity, business exploits. So we can start any age to explore in our business dream, no one set any age bracket nor limit for one to enroll onto business. If we are reasonable enough and willing to take the risk involved in it we can start anytime.

Is there a right time to start a business? Some people say a person must clock a certain age before he should be allowed to start buinsess of his own. But let's paint a scenario where someone is lucky to have gotten rich even when he's a teenager maybe through inheritance or luck. Should the person wait till he clocks the accepted maturity age before he starts his business or he can start not minding the age.? What's your contribution on this.?

There is no exact age of starting a business even a teenager, a matured adult,or an aged person can start up a business as long as he or she has the knowledge and the ability of managing the business he or she is about to go into then he or she can go for it

A minor can have a business of his or her own so far that their are right people to put the teenager in the right way... I just think that parents must try and instill money making interest and ideas into their children at a very tender age... Making them understand that money is not easy.

A minor here cannot sign a contract so there should be the parental consent when a minor would open up a business. But other than that requirement I don't think age wouldn't matter when it comes to a start up. As long as the entrepreneur has the capability to handle the business then I don't think there will be a problem. Of course, the mental capacity is also important.
You get my point., we don't expect minor to reason like an adult. He may still be carried away with some things that will be a disatraction to him. Besides he may not be about to handle stress and some emotional trauma that are associated with starting of a business. That's why I think age may be a decisive factor in starting a business.

Age don't matter at least when you are into a business that doesn't require any mandatory age requirements. If you have vision and you think that you have a good knowledge to deal with things, you can start with a small startup and then later on, when you work on it then it may turn into a decent one.
