Women have doubled the rate of anxiety disorder than Men. People who often suffer from mental health conditions along with their (anxiety disorder) . The most common mental health illnesses goes along side with anxiety is actually depression. So, people who suffer from depression often have anxiety and people who suffer from anxiety often have depression. So they pretty much go hand in hand. Of course that is not for every single case, but majority suffer from both of them.
General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) - This is the main anxiety disorder that people suffer from which are
1. Panic Disorder
2. Social Anxiety Disorder
3. Panic Attacks
And that's when people become anxious in social.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder- The feeling and the making everything into perfect order which is what we call " perfectionist" This obsessions comes from your mind which inturn makes you do impulsions e.g too much cleaning, like everything has to always be clean all the time in the house 24/7
The one way to help control your anxiety is to make appointment with your local GP if you haven't don't that already. They will probably give you medication or more than likely send you to a talking therapy sessions, whether individual session or group sessions. Which the combination of the two will greatly help control and coordinate your mind to stop obsessive disorder.
