Travel Insurance Difficulty in making claim.

Travel Insurance some people make use of it, others never use it. So what's the big issue with travel insurance? I thought of why get insurance and pay them money if you will have to fight them to reimburse you when you actually do make a claim? Its easy to give them money but difficult to make claim.

You always needs Travel insurance - A couple of weeks before a trip, I broke my hip and had to forfeit my trip and I couldn't get a refund - All that money gone - after that I always get insurance. It depends on the country you are, some insurance companies really pay or refund you some percentage.
