Since the pandemic hit our country and our city was put into quarantine i started a simple food business catering our nearby community.
I started selling roasted whole chickens. There's about 1500 families / houses in our area and I've been getting 15-25 orders a day. Profit is at 50℅ and the prep work is quite easy. All you need is a simple marinade and a big turbo broiler or oven. Family members does the deliveries but most are pickups.
Everyone can do it, it's easy and you can cook and sell your favorite food may it be roasted, baked, or even frozen. Sell something which you have an access to, like I've got access to chickens because a relative owns a chicken farm.
