Are you unable to sync your iphone with your itunes computer and you are getting this error
Even though only one is active, have you made any purchases with any of the other apple ids? And do you have all the purchases in iTunes in your computer? The reason is, if you have purchases under your old id, you need to authorize the computer with that id too. Let me know if you still get the message after authorizing with the other id's too.
You are getting such error. This usually happens if you have purchased from more than one Apple ID. Do you have more than one Apple ID?
