It's a known fact that paypal is one of the most online financial platform where people normally used to pay for transaction and receiving or paying for goods that they bought online. Now you can use paypal to send money anywhere around the world where such services is available.
Recently I had a friend complain to me that his paypal account was limited and he was asked to contact customer care support for assistance and when he contacted customer care he was informed that his account is going to be pending for like 6 months before his account is going to be approved for him to receive or use it to send money again, even after he had sent all the documents that they asked him to send.
What could be the reason for paypal to do this kind of thing do you have any ideas?
