I personally I want to be the boss of my own company everyone for surely like to be the boss of their own business, but for now I would prefer to be an employee for some reasons, first of all I don't have enough money yet to put my own business and I don't have the strength in me to risk my hard earned money. I'm also loving the convenience of being an employee wherein you just go to work 8 hours a day and spent the rest of the day not worrying anything about work. Having health insurance from my company that I work with. I don't need to pay for my own health insurance and also I can have my wife as my independent to my health insurance as well. I have expected money every 15th and 30th of the month. I have paid non working holidays. I have a nice and cozy office room and I have the opportunity to meet new friends and mostly from being an employee you can learn a lot of new things form your failures to your success. How about you what do you prefer ?
