Proper grooming is number one on my list. Because appearance can tell alot about a person.

During a job interview the applicant must be always calm and not agitated or nervous.

An applicant should always exude confidence during an interview.
But should not overly confident because this might be interpreted as haughtiness or arrogance.

Answer the questions being asked and don't jump to another topic.

Eat first before you go to an interview. Eating gives you needed energy.

Always bring 2 copies of your resume.
It's best that you have a spare copy on your hand.

I agree with what you said.
Person needs to be fully prepared for an interview as it can be a huge step in one's career.
When it comes down to me, I am nervous, of course, but I try to hide it with confidence.
Having confidence is important in interviews since it gives an impression of a person that knows what he/she is doing.
Also, listening to the interviewer and answering short, but to-the-point answers also gives a great impression.
Eating before interview is a must since it will make you more relaxed.
