Can I get a loan for a new franchise?

Hi,
I’m planning to bring a Spanish mid-tier hotel brand in the USA. Some of my friends have suggested me that there are franchise loans available and I want to check whether or not I can qualify for these. What are the basic criteria for such loans?

Can anyone give me any suggestions about the franchise's loan?
