Just download the app (search Dukas connect) go through verification and they give you 5.25 euro worth of DUKAS. Works globally except for the US.

This is an officially registered Swiss bank and their information is public.
After verification (takes a day at most) you can sell the Dukas from the menu and withdraw it to your bank for a small fee that is taken from your total balance on the app.
