Steps:
Wait a few minutes after you sign up, watch for a verification email.
Verify your email and then login to the site.
You will see enable 2FA for your cell phone or google auth app. You can do one or both.
If you do the phone verification, you will get a text message with a code.
Once your verify your phone you will see a list at the top to verify your identity and do all of the verification steps.

You should get a successful completion email in a few minutes.
You will then need to do the Advanced Verification.
You may need to upload a picture of a document like a utility bill with your address. You can black out any account numbers.
You also need to provide a picture of the front and back of your ID . Once you upload this you will have to wait 5 minutes to potentially 1 hour for it to verify you.
The third and final step is Flat Verification.
This is a quick questionnaire about your income and other relevant questions.
You can also add your bank, but it is not necessary for verification.
