I'll paste the thread they posted here, once you bought they send you a email with your login details to their website (digifunds.me), it's manual i believe so could take a bit (they created my account within an hour or so):
Here are the sheets for football and crypto predictions, i don't do anything else but the eBooks they offer are really good as well, i use football predictions the most because it allows me to just spend 10 minutes a day setting them up:
