Paymaya is like Gcash here in our country and my question is can we make or start business using our paymaya because there are options in it that can actually let you load a certain network can we used it as an e-load? Is it okay?

I think Paymaya is like a payment processor similar to Paypal or Payooner. It is used to pay for an online transaction. I am not sure if its recognize worldwide. I've known local store accepting its services. With regards to your e-load services you probably can use it to pay your purchase. If am not mistaken you can access it for free and the cash transaction will be handled by you.
