This is the type of contractual work (one would rarely be an employee with an MSC) is the type for a self-starter. The recommendations I see on mystery shopping forums from other experienced mystery shoppers leans towards being comfortable with basic software and computers, being able to multitask, staying organized, taking it on from a project management standpoint, using discretion and being able to travel within a certain region.
