The reason why most businesses fail today is lack of communication. Communication goes beyond giving a command and expecting those under you to follow through to the end, communication is about understanding if they can carry out that command at that point in time and if they have all that is needed. And incident happened some days back where my boss sent a job to us he wanted us to edit the pictures but at that moment we had other jobs on ground and it was impossible to leave what we had on ground and face the other. After some time, the owner of the job came and was shouting that he gave my boss the job and my boss told him it would be ready within an hour. The truth of the matter is that my boss gave an order without trying to communicate with us if it would actually be possible before giving the client a specific time.
