I'm sure it is about selling seedlings which I think it is a lucrative business now. A lot of people are always looking to buy these young plants you just have to first choose the kind of plants to sell:

You go with the ones that are popular, and are easy to grow which can really fit into the local climate as well.

Another thing one needs to do is to Source for the plants: which can be made possible from cuttings, seeds, or buying young plants from others. You then have to advertise to have your customer base to always have ready customers to buy.

Additionally, it's important to keep a few things in mind as you start selling young plants:

Stay informed about local laws and regulations: Depending on where you live, there may be restrictions on the types of plants you can sell, where you can sell them, and how you can sell them. Make sure you're aware of any relevant regulations to avoid any legal issues.

Keep track of your expenses and profits: It's important to keep track of all your expenses, including supplies, transportation, and marketing costs, so that you can accurately calculate your profits. This will help you make informed decisions about pricing and future investments in your business.

Very informative and detail information. I myself gone through this business and earned handsome money from it. I started this business with very low capital as I purchased small plants in low price from whole sale market. Then grown it in small pots, given plenty of time to these plants and given good care to these small plants. When they all grow then I given advertisement on olx, people contacted me and so I started selling it.
