NDIA values all feedback, be it complaints or compliments, and is devoted to improving its service by carefully reviewing input from those who share their thoughts. Individuals can provide feedback on the organization's performance or the behavior and effectiveness of its staff. Any suggestions for improvement are also highly appreciated.

Should you wish to register a complaint, offer a compliment, or provide feedback, you have the option to:
  • visit one of their offices or have a discussion with your NDIS planner, Local Area Coordinator, or Early Childhood partner

  • if you have difficulty hearing or are deaf, call:

  • for a translator or interpreter free of charge, dial 131 450
