Insurance company pose a great benefit to society at large and serves as a means where people with different skills and profession are needed to run things professionally and give the best to the society. Insurance companies are of really great benefit to the society.

I agree that an industry will create employment because any business would be needing people in the operation especially for big companies like the insurance. There are insurance agencies here that handles the agents and is directly connected to the mother company. A small insurance company can create more than 100 jobs.

Insurance companies is a means to serve as an employment because they can’t operate without the help of workers and these people are doing different jobs to get paid. Even the agents that the clients do assigned are also getting paid for what they do

Yes you are right. Insurance company does different tasks which ranges from attending to new insurance policy purchasers, sorting out of some files of the existing customers and even investigating some claims of the customers and more like that. They need some people to be taking all these charge as duty and roles.

They only work in the interest of the person that wishes to have interest in insurance policies. Though we can still say insurance companies provide job for him indirectly.
