How to gracefully sack an underperforming staff

There will come a time that you just have to let go an under-performing employee, you don't have to make a mess of it to generate bad blood. it can be done as graceful as possible.

So how can you gracefully let go of any underperforming staff.

Don't humiliate the staff: No need making the person feel less of a person with your words. Just give the sack in peace.

Have a conversation with the staff: Try to let the staff see readins why you are letting the Person go. if you were having records of the person low performance, show it to the person. This will make the person know the sack is a no bias

Don't make it a surprise: Don't raise one blood pressure with such a new. Let it be a gradual process and shouldn't be any thing surprising at all.

Tell other employees why you are relieving the said worker of the duties and ask them not to make any issue of it.
