One of my favorite mentors and most that I do follow always reiterate that one does not have to be in a trade all the time. They say, sometimes the best way to trade is not to trade at all. This is certainly true when the market is trending in a direction that's going against what you usually trade.
Sometimes too, the market may be ranging in a choppy way like it's doing now and stop losses are being hunted all the time.
While some people think it's important to always trade to succeed, some only trade once in a month or may not even do so if they don't find a suitable and profitable one.
On your part, how often do you trade monthly? Do you always wait for a good trade or just go ahead regardless?
