As an investor in real estate industry you need to know the difference between on and off property to know the one you want to readily invest in. So off-plan property is a property bought before it is completed. This means that buying a property off-plan is purchasing in advance before it's completed

On-plan properties on the other hand are properties that are completed and are fully set for their buyers.. With off-plan properties you can purchase at a current price, later spread payment across a payment plan. but with on-plan you pay the current price at once to take control of the property.

On-plan property refers to a completed and ready-to-move-in property, while off-plan property involves purchasing before construction completion. Off-plan offers customization but carries project risks and a wait for completion.
