Eating diets that contains a lot of fibre will help to reduce the cholesterol level by lowering the low density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol level and it also helps in our heart health benefits such as reducing the blood pressure and also inflammation soluble fibre are mostly found in beans and oat which are really good for reducing cholesterol and all these fibre also add to control our blood sugar level which will make us not to develop diabetes and will also be able to achieve a healthy weight and also live longer because it will reduce the risk of developing some certain areas in the body diseases like cardiovascular disease and some certain cancers in the body the best fibre diet that is good to take his fruit vegetables beans legumes nut and seeds,peas and whole grain productswe should make sure we are consuming diet that contain fibre at least three to four times in a day because of all the benefits that will derive from it it will make us to be more healthy and to reduce the body from developing diseases and it's also have a lot of benefits as well again like boosting our immune system
 
Eating food that contain high fiber is very good because it use to help the body system by increasing immune system and make sure that some external diseases do not get chance to affect the body.
Some time many people find it very difficult to be eating fruit which is very bad and it should be change because eating of food or fruit that contain high fiber is very good.
