Work place segregation is about some workers being given favourable treatment than the others. This happen alot in work places where some people are separated from others to get unmerited favors. The annoying thing is that they might not even deserves these favors but they are treated better because of one reasons or the other. Those that practice this don't know the effects this have on others and the office.
This anomaly comes with some bad effects that will ruin people and by extension the office or business too.
it breeds jealousy which will limit team work in building the organization
it makes the favored one try to bully others. So the odds is always against the others not favored.
The job suffers as others wouldn't want to put in work. Since the recognition is no longer on merits.
The work place ethics will have been distorted. Since the drive to work will be downplay for just eye service to gain favor.
